I've been loving and learning all things spiritual and magical my whole life. Even as a child I was teaching myself hypnosis and meditation and even tried learning how to levitate after watching a particularly fascinating demonstration on tv! I loved it and was hooked! And wouldnt you know it, what started out as fun and play in childhood has become a lifelong journey of seeking, and journeying into all the ways spirit moves through us. To this day I am still no less fascinated by the ways spirit and magic pop up in our lives, often appearing as miraculous feats of healing and wonder.

In college I studied Medical Anthropology to learn more about the multitude of ways people have been healing throughout time and space. What I loved most of course were those forms of medicine that seemed magical - herbs that could cure you, words that could heal, a touch from a shaman that could return you to your senses ... the possibilities for healing were limitless and amazing.

After college, I trained as a community health care worker and case manager with the San Francisco Health Corps and San Francisco Suicide Prevention Hot Lines. Upon my return to Sacramento, I delved into deeper studies with a variety of great teachers and peers - and have maintained a lifelong commitment to learning and practicing that which makes us Divine as we journey on Being and Remembering our Sacred Selves.
